Same when you use "positive" or the use of "black" as synonym for "evil" and white for "good"; being a catch-all term does not help. Grammatical monotony, implication, "ohh, you know what I mean", etc. Not just here, but society in general. In regards to the ephemeral that makes us go "whoh!", explaining it can be done in poetry, painting, music, dance as exists in the anthropological record. Not battery terminals, or "HIV positive" diagnosis.

Walking the Hero Cycle is mandatory, not suggested. "Dying" and becoming "Reborn" is mandatory, not suggested. It is cyclical, so no, there is no finish line. As soon as you complete one cycle of Death and Rebirth, you begin another. When you achieve Individuation, you still keep the Death and Rebirth cycle going to "grow into/fill up" your Self, with the true You.
Evil has different attributes, just as good, and neutrality do. You have a voice, but do not have a vote, if you have not "been there, done that". Go ahead and mope in pastels, the Wearers of Black, the Goths have a Cycle to walk, the Witches are Journeying to the Underworld and coming back stronger for it. We are not masocists to ourselves nor sadists to others. We understand this is what the Gods have set up reality to be. We are not here to get your ego off on our pain, we are here for no purpose that includes you.
Use a dictionary, thesaurus and experience. Stop being some damn pavlovian tool.
